Gema announces acquisition of Hildebrand Technology
Gema Switzerland GmbH is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hildebrand Technology business, a company based in Switzerland.
Hildebrand Technology develops, produces and sells highly efficient systems for web cleaning, sheet cleaning, surface dedusting and slitting dust removal, electrostatic neutralizing, ionizing systems and antistatic systems such as electrostatic discharging AC and electrostatic discharging TRUE DC as well as antistatic system AUTO DC, electrostatic charging and measuring systems.
This acquisition will generate important technological and manufacturing synergies that will provide significant advantages and even greater value for the worldwide customers of both Hildebrand Technology and of Gema.
From a commercial viewpoint this new business will remain separated from Gema and will continue to be run under the well-recognized Hildebrand Technology brand.
