Allen and Caudill Promoted to Gema USA Inc. Region Managers
Gema is pleased to announce the promotions of Ryan Allen and Brian Caudill.
Indianapolis, Indiana, USA; November 25, 2024 – Gema USA Inc., a Graco Inc. company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Allen and Brian Caudill to Region Managers for Gema USA, Inc.
“As we align our sales team for continued growth, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Caudill to East Region Sales Manager and Ryan Allen to Midwest & Canada Region Sales Manager,” states Shawn Hayes, Sales Manager for Gema USA Inc. “Brian and Ryan bring tremendous experience, application knowledge, and a solution oriented approach benefiting our customers, and industry and distributor partners.” Both Ryan Allen and Brian Caudill will be responsible for system sales and management of channel sales within their respective regions.
Allen and Caudill bring decades of diverse experience in the powder coating industry. With over 30 years in the field, Brian Caudill has excelled in various roles, including sales, technical support, application technician, and business management, both at Gema and during his tenure with Tiger Drylac North America. Ryan Allen, with more than 20 years of expertise, has a similarly diverse background that includes sales, technical support, and experience in engineering and manufacturing roles at his previous employer, Haworth Inc.
Their combined leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to customer success make them ideally suited to lead their respective regions.
