Gema celebrates topping-out ceremony for new 20,000 sqm headquarters
After more than a year of construction, the traditional topping-out ceremony took place at the Sommerau site in Gossau at the end of September.
Together with the construction company HRS, the architectural office Thomas Mauchle, the executing trades as well as representatives of the Gema management, the invited guests could get a first impression of the new building. "We are already looking forward to the new company headquarters, which will be optimally tailored to our needs." In his speech, Felix Mauchle (member of the management board) thanked the construction companies, architects and specialist planners involved for their excellent work.
Felix Mauchle: "The building offers us and our employees state-of-the-art working environments with plenty of communication and meeting space, is technically up-to-date and provides enough space for our current and future growth. In addition, we remain loyal to our location in Eastern Switzerland."
Work will now continue at full speed until completion in summer 2024.
