With more than 20 years of experience across powder coating, liquid applications, and technical sales, Alvin combines technical expertise with a sharp focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
Alvin has a proven record of accomplishment in managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering innovative solutions in the finishing and coating industry. Prior to joining Gema, he held key sales and technical roles at companies such as Air Power Manufacturing Solutions, Akzo Nobel Powder Coatings, C&C Industrial Sales, and Quality Industries, Inc. Throughout his career, Alvin has built a reputation for delivering expert guidance in powder coating systems, helping customers optimize performance, efficiency, and finish quality.
