OptiFlex® Pro CF - new manual unit
Gema introduces the new OptiFlex Pro® CF for lab use and application of small batches to the market. The compact device is provided with an ergonomic powder gun with funnel and is equipped with the most advanced application technology. Colour changes are carried out with a few steps and without tools within 20 seconds.
The robust powder gun OptiSelect Pro with a stable aluminum funnel cup is perfectly balanced. This guarantees fatigue-free work and best, reproducible coating results.
The OptiFlex Pro CF takes up very little space but is packed with the latest technology. The OptiStar 4.0 module precisely controls and monitors all pneumatic and electrostatic application parameters. It also integrates all other functions that characterize Gema's application controls. For example, the PCC mode for high-quality coating tasks, DVC for precise powder conveying and networking with Industry 4.0 functions via the E-App are integrated ex works.
