OptiFlex® Pro FE – Manual unit for your Enamel application
The OptiFlex Pro FE manual unit with 50-litre fluidized powder container is specially designed for manual enamel applications. The unit is equipped with an OptiSelect Pro enamel manual gun and OptiStar 4.0 gun control for individual and precise coating parameter settings.
The OptiFlex Pro FE puts the world’s most advanced manual powder coating technology in the palm of your hand. Enamel powder is applied with ease and complex geometries are coated with outstanding efficiency and quality, even in the most challenging environments. OptiFlex Pro FE simplifies the coating of difficult shapes by applying the powder precisely where needed. Wear- resistant spray nozzles provide excellent powder distribution and penetration needed to coat complex geometries.
All OptiFlex Pro units are equipped with OptiStar 4.0 controls as standard. The PCC (Precise Charge Control) mode of the control unit ensures higher precision and regulation of current settings below 10 microampere, thereby improving coating quality. The patented DVC (Digital Valve Control) technology allows precise control of powder output and results in uniform coating thickness. A display assistant ensures easy access to pre-set and customer-specific coating programs.
The concept and material selection for the new OptiSelect Pro gun, type GM04-E, have been fundamentally revised for the PowerBoost high-performance technology. The activation of the PowerBoost directly at the gun enables the coater to use the extra power anytime and anywhere. The remote control on the back of the gun can be used to select the correct program, even if the control module is not within reach.
Despite the integrated power pack for generating up to 110 kV high voltages, the gun is light and balanced and at the same time robust and durable.
The OptiSelect Pro and the nozzle range are fully ATEX certified. The wear-resistant and versatile nozzle assortment is also compatible with the automatic equipment line and suitable for all enamel powder types.
