The Gema part detection system is able to detect gaps, height and width. The solution enables best coating quality for each individual object type.
Gap Detection
Guns triggering: control of the presence of a part and triggers start /stop of the spray process
Height Recognition
Guns triggering: when a shorter object is deteced, the guns below the object are atuomatically switched off
Stroke adjustment: guns stroke is automatically adjusted depending on object height (only with horizontal guns arrangement)
Width Recognition
Guns triggering: individual gun switching on if there is an object in front of it
Stroke adjustment: guns position is automatically adjusted to the width of the object
Guns positioning: guns – object distance is adjusted based on object width
Part Recognition
A reader detects and reads the QR code or code plate and the control automatically recalls the right object and sets the guns and axis parameters.
